Cause Analysis:
1. The pressure of the pressure roller is too large;
2. Corrugated paper has short fibers, no toughness and poor quality;
3. The gap between the upper and lower E flute corrugated roller is too small;
4. The preheating area is too large, and the corrugated paper loses water seriously;
5. The temperature of the corrugating roller is too high;
6. The middle and high heights of the corrugating roller are severely worn. In order to ensure the adhesion of the single-sided cardboard corrugated roller in the middle and increase the pressure of the pressure roller, it is easy to cause excessive pressure at both ends of the corrugating roller and cause the corrugated paper to be broken.
Solution:
1. Generally, the pressure of the pressure roller should not exceed 2kPa. Under normal conditions of the equipment, as long as the corrugated paper and the lining paper are well bonded, the smaller the pressure, the better. In this way, the service life of the corrugating roller and the pressure roller can be prolonged, and it should be properly adjusted in actual production;
2. Replace corrugated paper;
3. Correct the gap between corrugated rollers;
4. Appropriately reduce the preheating area;
5. Reduce the temperature of the corrugated roll to below 180℃ for reproduction;
6. Replace or grind the corrugated roller.
(2) Corrugated broken after double-sided machine
Cause Analysis:
1. There are burrs on the paper guide rollers or multiple preheaters of the overpass, causing mechanical scratches;
2. The belt buckle on the overpass is punctured.
Solution:
1. Check the paper guide rollers and multiple preheaters of the overpass, find the burrs and smooth them with sandpaper or a board file;
2. Replace the buckle and reconnect it.
