Advantages of using a scraper: uniform inking, thin inking, fast cleaning of the anilox roller, water saving, etc. The printed fonts and patterns are cleaned, and the color is bright and saturated.
The harm of improper use of the scraper: it will lead to the phenomenon of ink rod, white printing, ink leakage, uneven ink scraping, etc., which will seriously affect the quality of printed products.
2. The difference in habits leads to the problem of using the scraper: the maintenance is not in place
The mesh number of the anilox roller using the scraper is generally much higher than that of the rubber roller, so the maintenance level of the anilox roller is relatively different. Because the rubber roller is inked, the ink layer is larger than that of the scraper. The mesh number of the embossed roller is low, the mesh clogging speed is slower, and the improper maintenance is not obvious. Secondly, relatively speaking, the mesh clogging is not very obvious to the printing effect.
Therefore, many printing machines only maintain anilox rollers once every few months. This has become a habit. 3. How to use the scraper correctly
1. Scraper precautions: replace it in time

2. The key point of changing the knife: keep the tightness of the scraper consistent
